When purchasing from Balthazar Barossa, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology that is regarded as the current industry standard. Balthazar Barossa only delivers within Australia, using either Fastway or Australia Post. Your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or full refund. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, please contact us.


Balthazar Barossa values your privacy. We will not pass on/sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. Information collected is only used to identify and track your order and (if requested) added to our mailing list to keep you abreast of exclusive cellar door offers, upcoming promotions and any news from the estate via our Club B emails.


Our products are lovingly crafted and packaged to meet your needs but in rare instances the wines may become damaged in transit. If this happens simply let us know within 7 days of receiving and we will arrange for the damaged goods to be returned and a prompt exchange at no additional cost to you. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges are offered where damage, loss or deterioration of the products is incurred after delivery.
